We had a long drawn out transaction as the buyers with Michaela where she represented both sides. It was a lease with an option to buy. She essentially worked as property manager during that time in terms of managing communication between us as the leasee and the sellers as the leasor. We decided to exercise our option to purchase the property and during that time had some challenges. It took longer to close than expected, during that time we had to spend quite a bit of money out of pocket to appease the sellers. Toward the end our lender and Michaela had an issue with Michaela in which we got caught in the middle and truly felt that we were no longer being represented from our side. We made things happen and the deal got closed, but we did feel that Michaela dropped the ball in the final stages. She was highly professional until the last two weeks where communication was relegated to her not really answering calls but texting us. She did not show up to our closing. There was certainly no housewarming gift either. We appreciated her ability to balance both sides throughout the majority of the transaction.

Michaela was our realtor for our first home purchase, and far exceeded our expectations. On top of being incredibly proactive about the home-buying process for us first-time homebuyers, Micahela proved to have an incredible knowledge of the areas we were searching for. She was also very ambitious and proactive, helping us get answers to questions we would have during the home buying process, and lining up contract workers to get quotes on potential work we might end up doing. Overall, Michaela was great to work with, and helped me feel comfortable with the biggest purchase of my life. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase property.

Michaela was fantastic during every step of our home buying journey! She provided sound counsel and even helped us navigate application processes for projects we'd need to work on after closing -- she definitely went above and beyond.
