Right away Michele welcomed my husband and I with such pleasantry. She was locking up the "open house", which we've since purchased, and was leaving for the evening when we drove up with car window's down yelling, "are you closing up"? Without hesitation Michele said "come on in". From that point on we knew we had the right person to show us and help us buy our new home. Very professional, knowledgeable, and readily available if we had questions or concerns. Let's not forget, great sense of humor, and definitely someone you can trust for your benefit, no hers.
