We recently hired Michelle to help us sell our house after finding our prior agent wasn't working out. Unfortunately, we'd missed the opportune moment to sell, so we wound up having to slog through the slow season with an older house which had a bunch of projects, and was located right at the outer edge of commuting distance to the city. Michelle had just successfully helped our neighbors to sell their house, so we hired her based upon their glowing recommendations. Our neighbors were completely right. Michelle was absolutely outstanding. Between the bad market, insurance battles, and other repairs and improvements needed to sell the house, she was indefatigable. She took on endless little projects, turned up at a moment's notice for showings, and put together a beautiful display package to show off the house to its best advantage. She connected us with fabulous contractors, and went above and beyond in countless other ways. In the end, we sold the house for very nearly our original asking price in a tough market just as soon as the buying season picked up again. This is the fourth house we've sold, and we've never had an agent as proactive, competent, and delightful to work with as Michelle. We unreservedly recommend her services!

Michelle is the standout of all the multiple buying and selling agents we have used. She was able to smooth out relationships with the other parties, contractors, HOAs, so that we got friendly resolutions with everyone we needed to deal with. Because she could befriend the others so easily, she was able to get some great negotiations for us. She is very positive, responsible, and knowledgeable. With her extensive experience and knowledge in real estate matters, we knew that we were in great hands with her. Always patient and calm to work with, Michele did an outstanding job in designing a strategy for us buyers to bid for our townhouse. She advised us well on all the options with clear explanations and special attention to details. Upon the winning of the bidding, she guided us on all the steps towards the e-closing of the purchase. After the e-closing, she continued to ensure the completion of the terms of the agreement, and even worked with us to smooth out things with our HOA. She is an outstanding real estate agent.

Michelle did an amazing job helping us sell our house near DU. We tried to sell it seven years prior and only had one offer, 25% below asking. Michelle advised us to spruce up the place and worked tirelessly to help make it happen. Not only did it sell in the first weekend, but it sold for 30K above asking! Michelle is AWESOME!!

Michelle went above and beyond my expectations! She helped in anything that was needed from hiring and supervising house cleaners, handyman, staging, picking up unwanted items, etc. everything you need to relieve the stress of selling and moving. She was very patient and respectful and not pushy. She got the best price for our house! Excellent service!
