Both Michelle and Wes are deeply knowledgeable of the real estate markets across Central Florida, and demonstrated for us their understanding of the unique charicteristics of the Tampa Market (they sold our house) and Lakeland (they found out new house). We received top dollar for our Tampa house and got a very good deal on our new house thanks to the Grahams. We would never have achieved the speed of closure on both properties without them. Absolutely incredible team. Wes and Michelle helped us sell our home in 2 weeks! From our very first meeting they came already prepared with the market comps and ecxpectations moving forward. They’ve communicated very clearly that they are strategic and very experienced in the game of real estate. While listed they were incredible at coaching us throughout the experience. They are transparent and true professionals. They were always a text message away if anything came up. While I cannot speak for the buying side, if you are looking for teammates to help you sell your home fast, I could not recommend them more.

Wes and Michelle Graham did an excellent job selling my property but Not only did they help so my home but they gave many ideas on how to profit more money with simple fixes. I’ve worked with Wes and Michelle twice in the last few years, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They helped me buy (and later sell) my first house. As someone who was new to the real estate world, I appreciated that they took the time to educate me, and explain things in detail. They were always available to answer questions, and made the experience seamless, on both the buying end and the selling end. They have so many connections in the area. Before listing my house, I needed a roofer, electrician, A/C installer, and a hot water tank specialist. They were able to help me find the right person for each of these jobs, and they all did great work. Their overall expertise, in conjunction with their many connections, is truly what gives them the advantage over other realtors. Hence, the Graham Advantage!

Michelle and Wes were very knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding when it came to selling our home. They were by far the most caring and professional individuals that I had ever worked with Realty.
