As a realtor, Michelle is, in a word, amazing. We worked with her to find our dream home in the Moraga CA area and she was outstanding. She was available, thoughtful, and took the time to understand our preferences. She was proactive in getting us in to see houses she knew we would be interested in and never wasted our time with places outside of our budget. She was also extremely honest and insightful with what she felt would make a competitive offer, which is so important in this current market. I only wish we could buy more homes to keep working with Michelle. I could not recommend her more strongly!

Michelle was the ideal realtor to retain for my Lamorinda home search and purchase. She knew the current and future listings, pros and cons of neighborhoods, homes and builders, and she knew selling agents well. The best thing about putting our Moraga home on the market was having Michelle Holcenberg as our realtor! From the moment that we first called her, Michelle was available day and night to answer all of our questions, give us excellent advice based on her extensive knowledge of this area, and carefully guide us through the multi-faceted selling process. We interviewed several realtors, and Michelle definitely stood out among the others. She is incredible! In the fast-paced housing market that we now live in, Michelle takes the time to truly care about her clients, and she goes the extra step of ensuring that all of our needs are met (like rushing over at 8:00 a.m. when we realized that we had run out of masks for our prospective buyers to wear). Michelle is truly exceptional, and we highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in this area.

We recently purchased our home with Michelle and she was fantastic throughout the whole process. Being first time home buyers, we were new to the whole process and she was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and very responsive to our questions and needs.
