Michelle is my real estate guardian angel. As a first time home buyer and a person who has never been to Florida. What I call my senior life course of where the universe has guarded me to go and now has connected me with Michelle. Now Michelle is apart of my story/journey. I tell you Michelle came out of the gates of heaven in this transition from California to Fort Lauderdale Florida May of 2019. It was a seamless, very spiritual, and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Michelle was the perfect person for the position. By mid May 2019 I closed on my first Condo with Michelle by my side throughout the whole process. Michelle is such a wonderful spirit and energy to be around that I’m a strong believer that Michelle energy and spirit is the perfect ingredient to a very important life change. Now let’s fast forward 3 years to 2022. I have come to Florida to learn what the universe has needed me to learn and I’m ready to sell the condo and who do I call. YES my real estate guardian angel Michelle and yes came and saved the day. Not only did she help with the cleaning of the condo, Michelle also contracted workers to fix things that would give more value to the property and almost doubled my investment in 3 years and closed on the deal within 60 days. Vanessa is very kind, patient and most important very informative. Any questions I had she made sure she answered them and that I had no additional concerns. She truly wants to you to be happy with your choice and isn’t trying to rush to close out on a deal. She keeps in touch with you afterwards as well. She is awesome!

Vanessa was awesome! She was everything I needed and more as a first time home owner. Very approachable, she’s willing to help you through anything.
