We used The View Group on 3 occasions. We have sold and bought with them, and they have always been a pleasure to work with. They stay on top of everything, answer any and all questions, and are quick if something isn’t right. We moved out of state so we can no longer work with them, but I will continue to recommend them for anyone in the Florida area. You won’t be disappointed.

Meagan and Jeremy did a fantastic job helping us sell in North Crestview, they were efficient and effective getting us through repairs, upgrades, and closing. They walked us through every issue we had and we are very happy with the results, would use them again!

Michelle was a blessing to our family when we relocated from North Carolina to Florida. The military gave us short notice due to whats called a hot fill. We contacted Michelle letting her know the timeline we had in finding home that fit our budget and family size. The first thing she did was help us find the best mortgage lender for our budget. Once we were approved she ask me what I really wanted in house. She put a show list together. It was a 12 hour drive to see the homes and Michelle made sure it was worth the drive. The first 3 homes fit our expectations and budget . Michelle said I have one more house that I think you should see before deciding. From the location, and front view I was sold. This house was exactly what I wanted for my family. I said this is our house. She said that what I wanted to hear. Michelle walked us step by step over the next 2 weeks. From settling on the purchase price, home inspection, pest inspection, home insurance etc. We only had to make the 12 hr drive twice. Once to find the home and the second was to sign and make it our home. Michelle handled most of it herself and what she needed from us we did electronically. She also did what I feel was the impossible and that was close on our home in exactly 30 days. Michelle is a professional but I think what made our experience better is that feeling of she actually cared. She cared about our family . She would send emails just to see how we were doing. She knew that we were under allot of stress and just wanted to check and see if we needed anything. She also sent links to the new schools were I could get a head start in enrolling our children. She didn't try to sale us on the highest price house to make a larger profit. Actually she sold us on the lowest price house on the list. We walked in our home already with 10,000 equity. Now 5 years later that equity is around 160,000. There is allot of reasons I would recommend Mrs Martin . I trusted her with my family and she made us feel and treated us like family.
