Michelle Rose was my realtor and I had a very unreasonable timeline to find a house in a new city under specific circumstances. We found a house that hit every need and want that we had and was literally a dream home for us. Michelle was an absolute godsend for us as we navigated the home buying process for the first time ever. We live in Los Angeles but our dream was always to move to New Orleans, and we would not have been able to pull it off with Michelle holding our hands the whole way through. Michelle figured out what we were looking for in a home even before we did, and knew exactly the type of house we needed and the neighborhoods that would be a fit for our big family (6). Once she found our dream home, she was absolutely incredible throughout the escrow and inspection process, and kept us calm and cool throughout closing. I cannot overstate how much she helped us with the details of buying a home in New Orleans (things we as Angelenos had no clue about), and how she had everything and everyone we needed throughout the process lined up and ready. We are so, so excited to move into the perfect home for our family, and we will forever be grateful that we had Michelle's incredible knowledge and grace guiding us through it.

Michelle was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. She was quick in answering any question I asked; and if she didn’t have the answer right away, she researched and and let me know within a reasonable amount of time. Michelle’s customer service skills are beyond anything I ever expected. She is personable, smart and truly cares about her clients. From start to finish when selling my home (approx. 30 days), Michelle was there every step of the way and made sure my first selling experience was successful. Having her as a realtor made the entire process stress-free. I will be using her skills when I decide to purchase my forever home.
