Michelle was our agent for bot the purchase of a home and the sale of our existing one. She is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and resourceful. Our communications with her were always fluid, constant and positive. Michelle guided us through the inspection of the home we purchased and provided the contacts for the different trades such as termite, property, electrical, plumbing, etc. Michelle managed the listing and sale of our previous house masterfully, resulting in a purchase price record for the community. We recommend Michelle with out any hesitation whatsoever.

I highly recommend the services of Michelle. We sold a luxury property in RSF while residing in another city. Getting the property in shape prior to listing involved a lot of work, and Michelle helped supervise and facilitate this work when I was unable to be physically present. This was definitely over and above what would have been expected from her. There were many offers and a lot of work and due diligence that took place, deals fell through yet, all the while, Michelle hung in there, and never wavered in her support and enthusiasm to sell this property. I am grateful to have found her and feel fortunate that she was so dedicated throughout the process.

Hire Michelle, if you want to work with an exceptional realtor! Michelle is extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, patient, and persistent. She is also a careful listener who responds to questions and concerns quickly, honestly, and accurately. Our situation was especially challenging, as we were looking for homes while living out of state, and we had very specific needs not found in the typical San Diego County home. Michelle patiently previewed and videoed many, many homes on our behalf, acquainted us with the various neighborhoods from Del Mar to Carlsbad, and helped us understand the current market. After a four month search, we found a terrific house, which she then helped us purchase at a great price. Throughout the entire process, Michelle was our cheerful partner. She is sincerely interested in helping her clients find the right home and is willing to spend the time it takes to do so. We are experienced home buyers, having purchased a number of homes in several states, but none of the realtors who assisted us in the past had Michelle’s level of expertise, skill, attention to detail, and determination. She is far above other realtors.

Michelle helped us find our perfect home! She was always available and extremely helpful every step of the way. My case was particularly difficult as I am moving to Carlsbad from the Midwest. She would actually preview houses for me and send me pictures when I couldn't be there. A plus!
