My wife and I worked with Mickey to help us locate a home that we love in an area that we wanted to put down roots in, secure that home 1st, and then sell the home we previously owned for top dollar. Mickey helped us to negotiate down on the home that we wanted to buy at a time when sellers were most definitely not negotiating down, and then he helped us to sell our previous home above the asking price. We felt like we had won during both processes of buying and selling, which was a fantastic feeling. I would definitely work with Mickey again in the future, and I recommend that you work with him wether buying, selling, or both.

From the first phone call Mickey was attentive and paid close attention to the details that where given to him. It was a full year from the initial phone call to when I was ready to sell and when we spoke he remembered everything. As an out of country seller there were many obstacles that arose and Mickey was always on top of everything, finding me information and resources at the drop of a dime. His responses where so fast I felt like I was his only client. I wish I knew people that are looking to buy in the Houston area because I would refer them to him in a heartbeat. If I could give him a hundred stars I would.

Thank you so much Mickey! Its stressful having to sell and buy a home all at the same time, but Mickey made the process so easy. He patiently walked us through the entire process which made it easy. We closed on our home in less than 3 days and he helped us make a good offer on our new home. Thanks again for helping us as picky new home buyers will definitely recommend you to all my family and friends.

Mickey is the best and really cares about getting you into a home and goes above and beyond to make it happen. Before going with Mickey I attempted using a couple of other companies and was on the verge of giving it up and continue foolishly renting. I am thankful I was referred in to him because I can finally say I am a home owner and it is thanks to him and his dedication to his customers. To him you are not just another number he treats you like family and cares very much if your in the market for purchasing or selling I highly recommend using him.

Mickey was awesome! Was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process. Between him and his assistant we had help any time we needed it. His enthusiastic and uplifting attitude made for an enjoyable experience with selling our home. I would 100% recommend him for the selling or buying of your new home!
