We were originally with a different agent looking for our first home when after a few months we transitioned to Mike Long. He has been involved in over a dozen real estate transactions within our family. When had our first call with Mike, we could tell he was an advocate for what we were looking for and positioned himself as someone we could trust navigating our home search. In one of the most challenging real estate markets and after looking at three dozen homes, we knew Mike was not a quitter. Mike was outstanding! Mike totally exceeded our expectations by a large margin. Mike's team were also outstanding. The yard signage - listing pictures - the home listing brochures were all of the highest quality. Mike's communication was also really good. We were kept in the loop on every stage of the process. I recently moved to Naperville from Chicago with my wife and baby. Mike Long helped us navigate the buying process (first time homebuyers) and helped us secure our first home. My wife and I closed on our house in October 2023….but what a journey it was! We have been looking for houses in Naperville for few months unsuccessfully. On a spring afternoon of the same year, at an open house, we met Mike. We discussed about market conditions, what we were looking for and he made some suggestions on to approach our home searches. At that time we were working with a real estate agent. Few months later, still facing tough market conditions, we decided to reach out to Mike as he seemed very knowledgeable about Naperville. We put up a game plan given the competitiveness of the real estate market. Although the plan required us to make some adjustments and being patience, it paid off at the end. Mike has been on our sides throughout the process, sharing his knowledge, his network, always responsive, and more importantly to us, he was very patient and not trying to interfere in our decisions.
