Mike Mansour and his team does it again! This was our second time working with Mike and his assistant Sierra and they were nothing short of AMAZING!!! From start to finish Mike and Sierra were there for us. When we ran in to complications Mike was quick to assure us that everything was going to work out and he did everything he could to fix it. Day or night Mike would respond to our calls/texts and never made us feel like we were bothering him or wasting his time. Buying and selling a house is scary and there is nobody we trust more than Mike!

Mike and Sierra are the best! We bought our first ever house with Mike. We had a lot of questions about the process and especially suggestions for our new construction home. We always received timely responses no matter how trivial. Mike gave us needed support when dealing with the builders and the loan team. When we reached important building milestones, he or Sierra would be there taking pictures for us, which we appreciated. We always felt well advocated for. We highly recommend Mike.

When we first started thinking about buying a house, we had no idea where to even start. Mason was patient with us, informed us of all of the steps needed to start our process and supported us the whole way through. Once we started looking at houses, he was honest about issues with homes, we trusted his opinions and he always fought for us with every offer. What we loved about working with Mason was he was honest about things because he had our best interest at heart. He never pressured us to put in offers or to go high on our offers. His opinions were always valued and they were always the right ones, which made us comfortable with the choices we made submitting offers. Although it took awhile to get an offer accepted, Mason was there through all the emotions of looking at houses, submitting offers and not getting them. He was very sympathetic of everything we were going through, understood our emotions and always reassured us that the right house was out there for us. When we finally got an offer accepted, Mason answered every questions we had, and worked behind the scenes to make sure everything got done for us. He made sure paperwork was submitted by the deadlines and was always on top of everything. The best thing about working with Mason, was he knew how hard we worked to get a house, and when we got our home, he celebrated just as much as we did! He was genuinely happy for us and just kept congratulating us over and over. We could not have asked for a better realtor, because as much as this was his job, he never really made us feel like clients, but more as friends. If we had to do this all over again, we would choose Mason again and again to help us through everything. Thank you again Mason, for everything that you have done for us and our family. We can't thank you enough!

Mike was amazing throughout our home buying process. He was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate the current market. When we ran in to issues with our lender, Mike pointed us in the right direction and got the deal done in 2 weeks! I have purchased and sold many homes and by far, Mike provided the best service that I’ve ever had. Mike will not disappoint and will get you in the home that you want. Highly recommend!

We bought our first home in the heat of the pandemic. Mason was so amazing. He was full of knowledge, listened to what we were looking for, extremely responsive and explained what to expect and the new processes in place regarding the pandemic. Mason found the house we bought as soon as it went up and with his expert advice and quick action, our offer was accepted and we closed quickly after. I really couldn't be more grateful! I highly recommend Mason. If you want someone who is passionate about what they do, invested in doing the right thing for their clients and has a wealth of knowledge.
