Mike was more than helpful. He was knowledgeable, foreseeing and took the initiative to go the extra mile. Was available after hours, checked in regularly and let nothing slip through the cracks at closing. Give yourself a break and let Mike do the work for you. You will grow to love him as we have. We contacted Mike because we needed a home appraisal report that shows how much of a value loss we have due to a persistent neighborhood noise. I hired Mike for an appraisal. He responded immediately and was available the next day. He authored and provided the report the same day at very reasonable price. It's almost unheard of to have approximately a 24 hour turn around from initial contact to completed report at a competitive price. Additionally, he took the time to call and provide his step by step thought process on how he reached his conclusions and the overall appraised value. He is knowledgeable and professional. Mike was very helpful the entire time. He was able to guide me to the right neighborhoods and home options until we found the perfect match. He has an eye for catching issues that you might not think would be a issue. This helped me realize where the value was in a home and keep me from buying other people home issues that would have cost me more money and trouble in the end.
