Mike Wochner was a valuable partner in the sale and purchase of our two homes in Big Bear. We first used Mike 12 years ago to sell our home,, and when it was time to sell again, there was no doubt who we would call. Mike is the utmost professional, who knows the market, is always available to answer your questions, knows how to negotiate. and always puts his clients interest first. I had a home in Sugar Loaf, CA that I didn't think had a chance to sell because there were so many on the market and it was right at the initial spike of COVID-19. Mike Wochner had a buyer within the first month of being on the market despite this. The first buyer didn't qualify which chewed up about five weeks but MIke was dauntless and had another buyer with backup offers with the next three weeks. The house sold with a profit due to his strategy. Without going into details, the buyer was a demanding sort. There were three major situations that seemingly could break the deal but I told Mike I trusted his judgement. His strategies went our way with a very successful outcome. Mike always treated me with respect. Even as the second sale proceeded, Mike had backup plans. I wholeheartedly would recommend Mike. If I sell my home in Lake Elsinore, I will see if he would be interested.

Very Professional and was always available! I would definitely recommend Mike! Especially helpful during this Covid-19 outbreak, went thru escrow without a hitch! Provided all documentation and also provided great recommendations on services in the area. Having to drive from Orange County he was very concerned about my time and never tardy and kept in communication! Can’t say anything negative, a pure pleasure working with him!

I worked with Clinton Duskin from Mike’s office and he was awesome. Clinton knows his stuff and had high quality photos taken, knew where to price the home, and it sold within a month of being listed (I had planned on it sitting for 2-4months). I would definitely work with Clinton again in the future.

Finding the right agent to sell your property is so important and I learned it the hard way. After listing the property for over 6 months without getting a single offer and hardly any feedback, I decided to pull it off the market. Mike was one of the 5 agents who approached me with professional analysis of the property. After interviewing 3 qualified agents, I picked Mike based on his attitude, experience, personality, the way he handles the business as well as his reviews and I was so glad that I made the right choice this time. Within a week of the listing through him, I got an offer! The closing process took a long time due to the buyer's lender issues, but Mike was always reachable explaining things, pushing for faster speed and taking care of all the requirements from the buyer's side. He was so nice and patient, turned the negative to positive, made the process so painless. In addition, he did lots of favors for us. I truly appreciate everything he did and highly recommend him as your real estate agent.
