My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mindy at Summit Properties in Las Vegas. We worked with her a couple other times previously. She helped us when we were renting then again when we bought this house and now to sell it. Without a doubt, she was definitely the person of choice when we were thinking of starting down this road of selling in Las Vegas and buying on the East coast at the same time. This was extremely stressful for us. But being the professional and caring person she is(she didn't get upset through all the crazy hours of any day I texted or called her), she helped to make this transition flow smoothly. She was on top of things in Vegas and with my realtor on the East Coast, she's very thorough. We highly recommend Mindy as your realtor.

What can I say about Mindy helping my boyfriend and myself find a home? Only that she is the best! She actually seems to care and that def shows! We checked out a lot of homes and I had a credit hiccup which made it a little more difficult to get approved. She went out of her way to talk to the agents and go give them the reasoning why etc. In the end we found the perfect home and every day I feel blessed to be in such a amazing home :) If you want someone who cares and who actually wants u to find the right fit for ur future home Mindy is all about that!

Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you again to Mindy Dominick! You were there to guide us through every step of buying a new home to pricing, listing, and most importantly selling our old house. I am still amazed at how quickly and smoothly everything went! Things worked out perfectly for us and that is due to you being an amazing agent! We look forward to many many happy years in our new home. Thank you Mindy!

Mindy was very diligent in every process she undertook for me. Her willingness to meet me and obtain potential candidate residences was outstanding. Mindy was professional, courteous, and mindful of every request I made. Mindy sought and obtained a reduction in rent on my behalf as the property had sat idle for a good period of time which is something I wouldn't of entertained. I recommend Mindy Dominick for any house rental/purchase needs.

Mindy acted as a friend and Realtor. Even through a difficult time (Christmas) she remained diligent in finding me a renter. She will be my only contact for future needs, and my first recommendation to anyone in need of a professional Realtor. I thank her very much.
