I had the pleasure to work with Heather Barnhart amd Miranda Daniel during the process of seeling our home. They were so helping and easy to work with. They had the knowledge needed to know what area's needed attention. The experience was very enjoyable. Besides a fee handy jobs within the house, they handled and took care of everything else. I would highly recommend those 2 ladies to anyone looking to sell a property! Thank you ladies!

They were knowledgeable of the area and responded in a timely fashion when I had questions. Their guidance through this process made it easier, since we were located in North Carolina and my wife's medical condition limited how often I could return to Boonsboro. I would strongly recommend Miranda and Heather as realtors to anyone in the Maryland area.

Finding our first home proved to be a very long process. Miranda always remained very patient, understanding, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had to wait for multiple issues to be resolved with my schooling and new job before the house buying process could be continued and she always made sure to continue to reach out to us, making sure that we were still interested and she was ready to help when the time was right!

Very communicative. Got the job done when others couldn't. Tried to sell house for over 5 years until we brought them in. Would recommend to anyone.

Miranda and Heather ALWAYS went above and beyond! When our previous agent could not meet our needs or get our house sold, they both listened and followed through on every single promise.
