Ara was the best realtor we have worked with. EVER! She was professional, honest, knowledgeable about both the VA Loan process and different areas of town. She helped us feel comfortable to be able to buy a home from a different country & she is the only one we would trust for that. The entire office went above and beyond for us when Ara was out of town. You can tell that this office is a great, cohesive team who all love what they do.

Amy is the best you can hope for in a realtor and then some! She was recommended by a colleague and I’m glad we reached out as she far exceeded our expectations. She understands the local market intimately and tailored the experience to fit our needs. She moved quickly and left no stone unturned to ensure we understood all our options and included feedback to help steer us in the right direction. She worked tirelessly, was patient, and never pressured us. She also recommended competitive lending solutions which proved to be a better fit for us. She negotiated a sweet deal with a top builder for our home and we can’t thank her enough. Thank you Amy and Missy Stagers for the home warming gifts and taking care of us!!!

We just met Amy today after we inquired about a home we found online. We are out of the area and really appreciate the time Amy took to speak with us. She helped educate us on a variety of subjects that relate to the area where we are looking to buy. She also helped guide us through several options we are considering for finding our forever, retirement, home. she was patient with the numerous questions we had and clearly understood her market like a pro. We look forward to continue working with Amy until we get into our new home.

Philip and I want to thank M. Stagers Realty and in particular our realtor, Kim Reed. The buying and selling experience was great. Philip refers to Kim as the “hardest working realtor he’s ever met”! She is professional, knows her business, and stays on her “A Game”. While looking for a home, Kim continually showed me houses that were in the parameters I gave her. She remained patient and helpful and we found our perfect home! While listing our former home, Kim used everything available to her to promote our home. Working with a top notch firm, like M. Stagers, gives you a lot of marketing power. Kim staged our home, did virtual staging and virtual tour as well as aerial shots of our property from a drone. Kim is a natural realtor. She keeps her clients best interest at the forefront, while maintaining a professional, ethical balance.
