Even after going through several hiccups with my lender he made sure to keep things moving, answered all my questions honestly and helped keep my wits about me. Moe helped me to renovate my property through different vendors with the lowest possible cost. My property was sold one month after the renovation. If you are looking for agent with honesty and integrity, I highly recommend Moe.

My mother went into a nursing home recently and I had to sell her home though I live in San Diego. I sold her house in Porter Ranch in a timely manner. The house needed major work, everything had to be redone since it was in a very rough condition. So he negotiated a great deal where I didn't have to do anything. The buyers agreed to a credit and did it all themselves. While in the middle of escrow, the buyer's lender was not behaving professionally and was causing a mass delay. Moe immediately took the buyers to a lender that was trusted by Moe and got it all sorted out. Buyers ended up closing and Moe even made sure that they paid us per diem for being late. I was very satisfied was the whole transaction!

In addition to being extremely knowledgeable and knowing the Northridge area well, Moe Verma and his team are the ones you want by your side during this process. We met Moe at an open house as he was selling our neighbor's home. We invited him over for a meeting and immediately felt comfortable and had a great connection of trust. I had a co-worker who was a Realtor but we knew Moe was the right person for us so we decided to go with him and his team. We were blown away by how personal he is and how involved he is with the transaction. He wanted to make sure we were making the right decisions and would always give us his honest opinion! He helped us buy a house altogether and got us 7 days to stay free at our home so we could move to our new home with ease. Go with him, you won't regret it!
