Monica, quite simply, made our dreams come true. We had toyed with the idea of buying a house on the Cape for years, but until we connected with Monica, those conversations lead nowhere: a few open houses a summer, an active Zillow presence, and another year of renting. Within hours, literally, of meeting with the Allens, our world turned upside down. Monica understood our needs and desires, and walked us into the home we had imagined for years. Now that we are homeowners, all of her tips and connections to exceptional local tradespeople and other professionals have been instrumental in getting our new home ready for creating memories with our family and friends. The entire purchasing process was stress-free and fun. We have no plan to ever leave our dream home, but if we did, Monica would be our first call.

Monica Keegan Allen and Brian Allen are excellent agents. They are highly knowledgeable, personable, kind, and extremely giving of their time, knowledge, and expertise. They know Cape Cod extremely well, and go above and beyond to be true Cape Cod ambassadors. Monica helped me realize my dream of finding several amazing Cape Cod homes - and helped me make the right choice. They visited multiple properties for me well over a year. Monica and Brian shared photos, videos, and their sage advice. When we closed in on a few properties, they visited multiple times with my friends and shared everything remotely. During the closing process, they helped me through the negotiations and even helped me help the seller move out and load their truck. Brian did an amazing job - as we lived a few hours away, he helped organize our visits to properties by mapping out the locations and helped organize our visits so that we could maximize our time. When it came time to put an offer in, Brian was organized and in a competitive market, was able to help negotiate our deal. He was timely, knowledgeable and helped secure our dream home. We are grateful to Brian and would highly recommend him.
