I was impressed when my husband asked Monica to change the wording on our sign from 'LAND' for sale to 'PROPERTY' for sale -- she had the sign up the next day reading 'PROPERTY' - always keeping us informed. Very glad that we took our neighbors recommendation to use Monica. Thank you

Monica We met Monica by chance as she was the realtor for a property we were looking at. It wasn’t meant to be but she kept in contact with us for over a year, guided us as we prepared and looked for a home. The pandemic was in full swing when we found a property we were interested in. I contacted her at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon, she scheduled the walkthrough appt for the next morning and by 5pm Sunday we had a signed contract. We were under time constraints to have the closing done before the year was up for tax purposes and Monica made it happen. Even with the pandemic in full swing and shortages in surveyors she made it happen on time by the date needed. She answered every call and question we had as we bought our first home. We have recommended her to everyone we know and would not hesitate to use her services again. Thanks Monica!

We LOVE Monica and her team! My husband and I have bought two homes with Monica and we have had an excellent experience both times. She knows the market and understands what it takes to get a deal accepted! She is always VERY quick to respond even on weekends or odd times. My husband and I really appreciate how quick works and how attentive she is. Monica has also referred us to excellent resources (lenders, contractors, house cleaning, mortgage, Etc). She really is such a wonderful agent. We love Danni too! She drove from Lake County to Orlando to show us homes! We can’t recommend Monica and her team enough!
