1 YEAR in the making. Monica is meticulous and at our closing she pulled out the notes she took from the very first time we spoke with her and the exact day, 1 Year! There are a lot of brokers out there that talk, but Monica and Ryan walk the walk. During the closing process Monica made sure all deadlines were kept and everything was moving along. Monica has the patience of a Saint. If you love Disney you and Monica will become friends fast. Feel safe with Monica and Ryan. I hope to have them sell and buy a couple more homes.

Monica and her team are absolutely the best there are in the real estate game! Our home had an offer within 3 hours of being placed on the market—OVER asking price. That was no accident. Her photographer is amazing and she has a great eye for making your home marketable. She is not only well known and respected in the real estate world, but it is a real estate ninja (lol) like to no other. Monica is extremely strategic with every move that she makes when it comes to buying or selling your home, and YOU are always at the forefront of her mind. To say that she works for her clients is an understatement.
