Our experience with Monique was exceptional. After my mom passed away, my husband and I interviewed several agents to help sell her home. During such an emotional time, Monique demonstrated compassion, support and caring and clearly stood out from the group that we interviewed, most of them coming across cold, uncaring, and unprofessional. I worked mostly with Melani, she was awesome to work with! I was so glad to have found her in this city of millions. I moved here from out of state knowing no one with the exception of my son and I feel like I gained a friend!

Monique and her team really weren't working for me but for the buyer of my brother's house (he passed away). She and her team and the people at Pioneer Title Agency were very good at helping me though everything needed to sell the house. I was unsure of what I needed to do and they willingly held my hand. They also had the highest offer of anyone else. The other offers were at least $35,000 lower than the one from Monique and her staff.

Monique was amazing in getting my townhouse sold. She got pictures and posted them. Immediately, agents started requesting showings. After 30 days, I had an offer. From inspection to closing, Monique or her staff was there to get me to the finish line. Even after the sale, Monique is there to offer assistance and recommendations. For me, I wanted to remodel my kitchen at my new home. She got me in touch with a great contractor. As Monique says, once you are a client, your a client for life. She there to help. If you want an agent that goes above and beyond, by all means hire Monique.
