Our experience with Monique was exceptional. After my mom passed away, my husband and I interviewed several agents to help sell her home. During such an emotional time, Monique demonstrated compassion, support and caring and clearly stood out from the group that we interviewed, most of them coming across cold, uncaring, and unprofessional. Monique came to my mom’s home, was patient in explaining her approach for marketing and selling the home, and made the entire process seamless for us. Not only was Monique very professional she was always warm, personable, and helpful. Following all of Monique’s recommendations, we received 8 offers prior to the official listing of mom’s house, most at or above our asking price. I worked mostly with Melani, she was awesome to work with! I was so glad to have found her in this city of millions. I moved here from out of state knowing no one with the exception of my son and I feel like I gained a friend!

Monique and her team really weren't working for me but for the buyer of my brother's house (he passed away). She and her team and the people at Pioneer Title Agency were very good at helping me though everything needed to sell the house. I was unsure of what I needed to do and they willingly held my hand. They also had the highest offer of anyone else. The other offers were at least $35,000 lower than the one from Monique and her staff.
