Nancy Crell and I first met in 2014 and she has been my real estate agent ever since. She helped me with my home rentals in 2014 and in 2019, then recently with my first home purchase in 2020. Nancy was there for me throughout the whole process and has all the right contacts to ensure a smooth transaction, from lender, lawyer, inspector to painter. I asked her what I needed and she had answers to all of them. I have nothing but high regard for Nancy. Her commitment and dedication to her work are astonishing. Thank you, Nancy, for helping us find our forever home!

Nancy is a wonderful partner to embark on the process of buying your home. She is very knowledgeable about the process, knows people, has great connections but more importantly is always willing to go the extra step to help you out. She is a lovely lovely person, very positive, grounded and you cannot find a better partner to guide you through the process of buying your home. I highly recommend working with Nancy!

Nancy helped us immensely from day one. She listened to what we need it, told us what was needed to sell our place fast. We did it and our condo was on the market for probably 4 days and we received an offer. Then we started hunting for our home and found it pretty quick. She knew how to negotiate with the sellers realtor. We love our new home. Thank you Nancy.

Nancy was referred to me by a family member (which speaks to how great she is). She was familiar with the area I was shopping in both as from a seller’s perspective and buyer. But it was her personality amidst her professionalism that really sold me on our partnership. expertise and personality. She is responsive and able to provide advise on the process, your feelings and anxiety, and how the market works. She spends quality time getting to know your likes and dislikes and finds homes that are within your guidelines, but all the while giving you other options that are also possible. She also has a great networking relationship with the lenders and lawyers which for me made my process 100 times easier being that I was a new buyer. And above all else, she has a great sense of humor and listening ear that make the process as enjoyable as it can be (buying isn’t easy!). I already recommended her to two other family members.

Nancy helped buy us our first home in the US! We couldn’t have found a better or more knowledgeable partner to guide us through the process. Very helpful and has a ton of experience and has great contacts. I would certain recommend her to anyone!
