I had an amazing home buying experience with Nancy. As a first time home buyer, the thought of buying a home was overwhelming, but Nancy made everything easy and clear for me. Any time issues would arise, she was on top of it and quickly found a solution. Nancy is clearly an expert in her field and she goes above and beyond to show that she truly cares about her clients. I recommend Nancy Loudon to everyone looking to make a real estate transaction!

We give Nancy Loudon 5 stars all-around for being our real estate agent. Nancy is so personable and enthusiastic that you just know she will do a good job for you. Her detailed knowledge of the real estate business and her attention to detail make her first rate in our book. Nancy even gave us advice on our in-home sale after our home sold and came to help with the sale as well. You definitely need to call Nancy Loudon when you want to sell your home.

Nancy is a great realtor! Nancy helped us every step of the way when we sold our home and purchased our Condo. She went above and beyond. Nancy helped with the paperwork and hoops that we didn’t understand. Often she delivered things to my home or office even. She offered packing boxes and even to come help pack. Once we got settled she even came to see the Condo. I’ve known Nancy for many years and always considered her an acquaintance but now I’d say she’s a friend. You won’t be disappointed working with Nancy.

I would like to recommend Nancy Loudon from R Realty for all of your real estate needs! She has been the most amazing help from the first time I looked at a condo to the selling of my place to closing on the condo. She helped me with yard work, packing, staging, brought me boxes and just about anything else that you could ask for! She even bought me a patio set for a house warming gift! Nancy certainly went above and beyond what she had to to help! I love my new condo and I owe it to her help!
