I have worked with Nancy Smith twice. First in purchasing a condo in Dodgeville, Wisconsin and then in selling the same condo after my wife passed away .Both times she made the process very easy for me and she was very professional in all of her dealings. My circumstances were somewhat unusual in that I am on oxygen 100% of the time and some what house bound. As a result we were able to handle all of our transactions over the phone or via the internet which was very helpful from my standpoint. I would highly recommend her for her knowledge and experience of the real estate market in and around the Dodgeville area.
