Nancy is a spectacular agent. She helped me sell my property in the Clovis area. Nancy was able to quickly understand my goals with the house, and provided invaluable advice on what I needed to do to prepare the house for sale. Her advice was so effective that I received an offer within 48 hours of listing, for over the asking price! Nancy was also excellent in helping shepherd the process all the way to closing. Nancy is an amazing realtor! My husband and I were first-time home buyers and were referred to Nancy by our good friends who had utilized her services multiple times. We could not have been happier with our experience with Nancy and are extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to do business with her. She made the process of looking for and purchasing a house as easy, transparent, and fun as she possibly could. She listened to our wants and needs and took them into consideration when showing us potential properties; we never felt as if our requests or problems we found were unimportant or dismissed. Nancy took the time to work through my schedule and requests. She was very helpful in getting information to me via email. Nancy made every attempt to meet with me on numerous occasions to review properties as I would find them. Nancy has been very helpful in the closing process as well even providing necessary information on the necessary connections to work through transferring the utilities and getting insurance.

Nancy was a fantastic realtor! She was very open and willing to find homes in our price range that met our criteria. She helped guide us through the home buying process with ease and helped us to find a fantastic home! On top of doing all of this, she always had special little treats for our kids who came to adore her. I would highly recommend her to friends and family or anyone interested in buying a home.
