Natalia and her team did a fantastic job in selling my home, helping my family purchase a home, and close on both the same day. She is creative, works hard, honest and caring. The most important factor, in my opinion, is responsiveness. Natalia was texting and calling during her family trip to Italy to help. She will be a fierce ally and I recommend using Natalia.

I cannot say enough good things about Natalia. The entire process of selling my home took approximately a year from the initial prep and repairs that needed to be completed to the closing date. I interviewed at least four agents, and had already chosen Natalia to facilitate the purchase of my next home, but ultimately also chose her to facilitate the sale of my home. Why? Because not only is she extremely knowledgeable of the New Castle / Chappaqua area, she is extremely resourceful, persistent and communicative, And will help you in anyway she can to facilitate your transaction. When the cost of repairs exceeded my budget and I could no longer pay for the cost of staging my home, she literally brought her own items and small furniture to help dress it up. She gave me every contact and resource she had available to help with the preparations and I was able to present my home in the best possible way. We got into contract in under 30 days in a tricky market, and everyone complimented the presentation of my home. Although we did go through one price cut, I still managed to exceed the estimates given to me by other Realtors. I cannot recommend her enough.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Natalia last year through a friend of mine who was selling her condo and mentioned to her that I wanted Natalia to help me sell mine when I was ready. I recently sold my condo in White Plains through Natalia and had an amazing experience. Moving can be very stressful and Natalia really helped me get organized through the entire process.
