Kayla has shown me deals available in this sparse market and followed up diligently, offering remote video walk-throughs and knocking on doors. When she introduced me to her boss Natalie, I was blown away with the wealth of knowledge she shared generously about every and any detail that is involved in real estate, in the construction of houses and the ins and outs of renovations. Not only professionally, but also personally this team is a win win and a pleasure to be around. My wife and I decided to sell our home and we expected it to take a few months like the other homes in our neighborhood. Natalie did a great job of marketing our home and it sold in just a few days. Crystal and Dawn were essential to our success in buying a home in this crazy sellers market. They kept us up to date on every part of the process, and worked with us towards dealing with all of the various issues that come up during escrow. I demand the best out of the people I work with, especially for such an important transaction. Dawn and Crystal were up to the task. They were available and responsive at any odd time I needed something done, and were always on top of whatever was going on. We wouldn't have been able to get our home without them.

Crystal is the best! She went above and beyond during this VERY competitive time to help us find the perfect rental. We are so grateful to have found her and know that it would've taken much longer to find a place if she didn't step in and lead the way. Crystal kept us updated with new listings daily and was an incredible communicator. She handled the majority of our applications and contacted all of the necessary listing agents. I think we ended up applying for 10+ rental homes and Crystal stuck with us the entire time! Our favorite part about working with Crystal was how thoughtful she is! She found listings that fit our needs/personalities and didn't push any properties we didn't love. She got to know us on a personal level and even sent us care packages with packing tape before our move. We hope to work with Crystal in the future once we are ready to buy.
