Natalie was amazing! She went above and beyond expectations when we were searching for a house. She was always available to go out and view prospective homes and was very prompt in her responses. She assisted in negotiating pricing and gave great advice around inspections. Natalie worked directly with my mortgage broker to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible. She still checks in on me months after to see how I like the home and she even sent me information on city grants that I can potentially qualify for with regard to our fireplace. I have nothing but great things to say about Natalie and our experience working with her.

Natalie somehow made moving from a different state nearly stress-free! She was very flexible with our timeline and availability. She offered recordings of houses we were interested in if we were not available to see it in person, and pointed out the good (but more importantly, the bad) with each house we visited. We actually would not have been able to purchase our home without her! There were two houses we were interested in with the same deadline. We had to choose one and got rejected on the one we made an offer on. We didn't even think about the second house we were interested in since the deadline had passed, but Natalie reached out to the realtor, and sure enough, the deadline had been extended! We never asked her to check on the second house, but she went out of her way to check for us, and our offer was accepted! Natalie is the kind of realtor that looks out for her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients have a smooth transition from home to home. She has provided us with so many resources that would otherwise be overwhelming to find on our own, and we feel so lucky that we scored such a wonderful realtor.

Natalie was absolutely fantastic to work with. She assisted us with selling our home and the purchase of our forever home! She is very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. She always kept us abreast of what was happening. We were so fortunate to have worked with Natalie White.

Natalie walked me through the entire selling process making the whole thing easy and understandable. What a great experience! The listing pictures were beautiful and each step of the selling process was handled with care.

Natalie and River City Living did a great job assisting us in finding a new home and selling our current home. They were our advocates and worked hard to sell our home in only 4 days! They are both hard working and work endlessly to make sure that things ran smoothly, that all of our questions were answered, and that no detail was missed.
