After I had a bad experience with two realtors, I found Natalia on internet, I live in Las Vegas , and I was trying buy a house in Houston, but I couldn’t fly again, so I asked Natalia make video calls and show me the houses. She made so fast, she is so professional , but she is a good person too! Is not just the realtor , she is a good human being. Because she try everything you ask, he is so helpful and trustful. I bought the house online , all with Natalia help! I still didn’t met Natalia in person, but all the negotiation is done and the house is mine. And I’m so happy. And she made it happens . Anything we need she answer, I recommend her with my close eyes! She is the best! You will be in good hands with her. We can see she works for people and not just for money, she cares about us. Let me tell y'all, Natallia has been fantastic to work with! She worked so hard with me while going through and looking at so many different houses until I settled on the right one. She’s responsive, will help negotiate down the price of the house, and knows how to keep the different pieces moving in a timely order. She was there helping out from start to finish, and I couldn’t ask for a better person! She’s the realtor I’d recommend to anyone who needs one!

My wife and I interviewed three realtors to sell our home. Natallia was the only one that did not try to tell us what we wanted to hear. We posted our house for more than other realtors told us to and it sold in 4 hours. Natallia was professional, had a ton of knowledge and was always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend Natallia to anyone that is looking for the best realtor in Houston.

Natallia provided us with excellent, timely service. She leased out our townhome within a week of listing it. She is quick to recommend to your text messages and e-mails, negotiated an excellent lease rate and helped us find a contractor to spruce up the the place. I highly recommend her as a realtor.

Natallia was professional, knowledgeable, and flexible showing us multiple properties. She is very easy to get a hold of and draft offers which is appreciated in this market. Definitely recommend!
