Nathan Stewart helped me buy my first house and I couldn’t imagine going through the process without him. Nathan is incredibly communicative and a complete pleasure to work with. He has limitless patience for the unending questions of a first time home buyer, extensive knowledge encompassing everything from regulations (including conservation land) to home improvement projects, and genuinely has a sense of wanting what’s best for his clients. It took over a year to find the perfect house and at no point did I ever feel rushed or pressured or like I was being a nuisance for wanting to see questionable homes. With an all-around friendly and professional personality, 10/10 recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again in the future!

I would highly recommend Nathan Stewart to those looking for a realtor to purchase their next home. Home buying can be a very overwhelming experience, especially when you're doing it for the first time and doing it alone. Nathan was attentive, responsive, thorough, patient and very professional throughout the whole process. He was the epitome of what I would want a realtor to be and would highly recommend him!

I couldn't imagine working with anyone besides Nathan! He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise which made the home buying process so easy - especially with my Husband and I as first time home buyers! He walked through each step with us so thoroughly that nothing about the process felt scary or intimidating. Everything was personal and catered to what we needed/wanted specifically. With the market being SO busy right now, I can only imagine how busy his schedule was but he made us feel like we were his top priority! He worked around our schedule and was available for us at any time. He helped us find the perfect home, gave us top quality recommendations for home inspectors, lawyers and mortgage loan originators and we closed right on time! We truly couldn't have done it without him and the team he gave us. If we ever need to sell our house and buy again, he will be our ONLY call!!

Nathan is an excellent real estate agent. He is knowledgeable, patient and honest. We were glad to have him helping us find a home during a most challenging market for home buyers.
