Nathan Washam is an excellent realtor - he listens, has amazing insight into the housing market, and is an excellent communicator. This ordeal can be a scary, unpredictable journey - we definitely had a few curveballs, and Nathan had those twists and turns handled smoothly and effectively. Nate is a great and knowledgeable agent. He knows how to ensure that his clients needs are met. He works hard to ensure that his clients has the tools needed when buying and selling homes. We trust him thoroughly with our transactions and have used him several times when buying and selling. One thing that has always been true is his knowledge of the market and assisting us in getting the perfect property. He understands and knows what to look for with regards to findings on inspections and how to address his clients concerns. He is the best agent and goes above and beyond no matter the circumstances.

Nathan is a straight-talking honest real estate agent. He was always very responsive and regularly demonstrated not only his expertise in buying and selling homes but clearly understood the entire home building process.
