Nate was so great to work with! My husband and I are first time homebuyers, and at the time we first started looking, we weren’t even sure if we were ready to buy a house! Nate made the process so smooth and explained everything to us with such a great detail. Buying a house can be very daunting, especially for someone who has never done it before. We are so thankful for Nate for everything he did to help us find our first home! We will be welcoming our first child in October and are so happy to have such a beautiful home to bring him home to, and that is all thanks to Nate!

Nate was fantastic with me as a first time seller. He was able to help me with the whole process and was very responsive to my questions/concerns. His local knowledge is fantastic! The only concern I had was related to my original listing price. Though he did not agree with my original listing price goal, he did agree to list it at my goal price. After listing, he was able to help me navigate offers and finalizing the process. Overall, he is an amazing realtor and very good with first time sellers.
