My husband and I have been through many buying and selling of our personal homes in our 25 years together. Neshia is by far the most experienced professional realator we have ever encountered. We live out of state, so this time when we set out to get a condo in FL, our anxiety level was pretty high. Before we met Neshia, we'd been searching the east coast for 5 years on our annual vacations from S.Carolina- down, to find our little (more permanent) vacation niche. She is VERY attentive to our preferances, and VERY expeditious in replying to the many questions we had. We are so impressed with the ease, and availability she devoted to our search~ and continues to do after we closed on our 'dream come true'. As it was needing some upgrades, Neshia has available many experienced professionals from inspector, to contractors that are all devoted to making our condo a home! She amazes me with the ability to pop up in an instant providing local products we desired- to address our comforts and needs -all on our limited budget! AND all of it handled remotely~ while we carry on our lives out of state into 2016 until it's done! We have found something very endearing in making a friend of our best realator ever Neshia Oglesby !!

I finally purchased a home after 3 months of waiting!!! The process was long and stressful. It was stressful because I was dealing with an impatient and demanding seller. In addition to the seller there were a lot of people involved because of the down payment assistance. Through out the process Neshia was able to deter the seller from walking away from the deal several times. Overall she was a great person to work with. She was aggressive when she needed to be and also encouraging.

Just wanted to say "Thank you to Neshia." She was my realtor for a home I bought in Ormond Beach. We viewed 10 or so homes and she was ready for me to view all of them in one day. Very organized and professional. She also helped me wheel and deal the client for he proper offer. Highly recommend. Thank you again Neshia. Happy Client, Jason

Hands down she was a very good agent, as she went about her business of selling my home. She has many strong points...but I think I liked the way she closes a deal at the 11th hour. Very strong and firm in negotiations .
