Nick was great to work with, very responsive, and made the process seamless. Enjoyed working with him. I originally contacted Nick from out of the country with a 12 hour time difference and he made it work, keep the communication flowing, providing me input, suggestions, etc.

Nick represented both my husband and I as buyers as well as the seller, which can be a difficult line to tow. We found Nick to be very fair to both parties. Nick was very upfront and honest about the flaws of the home we were looking to purchase.
