My house sold quick, & Nichole Graham from Team Graham made the entire process super easy. She was referred to me by a friend. I was told she was easy to talk to, didn't pressure you, & quick to respond. They did not disappoint, everything they said was true and then some! I had contacted a couple realtors before her and no one had reached back out to me with a response. With Team Graham, she called me back in less than 24 hours. We set up a meeting within a couple days, scheduled for photos and video of my house the next week, placed the house on the market that Friday, 5 days later had an offer, and by the end of the month closed on the house! Because of Nichole at Team Graham I had the best experience I could have with selling my home!

She is hands down the person you want when buying or selling. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help us, she made the process of buying and selling our first home seamless.

We just closed on the sale of our home and could not be more pleased with the services Nichole and her team gave us. From the beginning, she kept us up to date on the process, what to expect and what we needed to do. She gave us helpful information on how to prepare for the home showings and we ended up accepting a great offer only two days after listing and closed exactly during the time we had hoped for. While selling a home is always stressful, Nichole and the team made the process very smooth and we appreciate all of the hard work and would not hesitate in recommending her to others.

Nichole did a great job for us!! She was punctual, informative and thought in her advice to us. We are also using her to list our current home and she is very knowledgeable in the process and hasn’t missed a beat.

We had the pleasure of working with Nichole and her team twice - first when we were buying our home and moving to the area, and then we were selling our home.
