My husband and I were lucky enough to connect with Nick as first-time home sellers. He was incredibly attentive and took his time explaining everything that was new to us, ultimately making us feel comfortable through the whole process. I had mentioned to him that I had a preferred timeline to sell our home, and he met that timeline exactly. Now we are also building a home with him and I so appreciate that he stays in communication and has so much patience to share his real estate knowledge to help guide us through this process.

I have so many great things to say about my experience with Nick. I am a first time home buyer in one of the craziest times to buy a home. It's like the wild west out there. Sense of urgency is a must, and Nick definitely has that. Nick was great about explaining the processes to me, sharing info for contingency planning, and best of all sharing how to be strategic with my approach to finding a home. He was a great advocate for me not just with sellers but also with my lending company. It was great to have everyone on the same page. If I ever buy another property, Nick will be the first person I call!

Nick made the buying process very simple. He took all the stress out of the buying process with his easy going positive attitude. He was very responsive to all questions and situations and always had or found the answers we were looking for. We would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy or sell.

As first time home buyers, we were very fortunate to have found Nick. New to Florida, we were looking to buy a new construction home. We told Nick from the start and he was very patient with us looking at homes for several months. Once we finally found the home we wanted to build, he stayed in touch with us and always offered assistance, until it was built. I really appreciated how he was always on top of things. He always worked with us on our schedule and was always easy to get in contact with! He was very honest about his opinion of every house we looked at and NEVER made us feel forced to make an offer to a house. Anyone looking to buy a home would be lucky to work with you!
