I personally would not recommend doing any business with Dominic Triveline or Zeoli realty based off my experience. I purchased a property that Dominic owned, and upon that purchase, I never received the third party inspection report. Post closing, I find out there were tons of damages to the house that were there PRIOR to me buying it. I then inform Dominic and Zeoli that I’ll be sharing this experience online if they do not man up and make their mistakes right. There was a total of roughly $10,000 worth of repairs needed based off the estimate I received. In an effort of good faith to resolve this civilly, I offered to cover roughly half of the total repairs on my own dime, if Dominic covered the other half. We both agreed to these terms and signed paperwork. I spent roughly $5,000 and fixed my half of the repairs back in the first week of January. Dominic has still yet to do his end of the repairs despite knowing we had a deadline of January. Dominic led me on the entire time. first sending me text messages in November saying he bought all the materials. So I’m thinking everything is good. Then each month that passes, I start getting a bad feeling he might be screwing me over again. So I text him and call him out on the repairs not being done and he admits he hasn’t done any of them. Time and time again Dominic did not conduct honorable business (based off my experience here). Neither Zeoli nor Dominic have attempted to resolve anything with me at the time of writing this review. Will update accordingly if they do.

Dominic was a fantastic agent to work with! I had the pleasure of helping one of his investor clients secure financing to purchase a single family home . We had some unforeseen issues arise (at no fault of his own) and Dominic was quick to answer his phone and make find a solution his priority. Without his ability to act fast, we would not have closed. Highly recommend!

Cody did an excellent job with purchasing my second home and exceeded all expectations. He recommended properties that fit my search criteria. He provided property information that included the listing, sellers disclosure, flood zones, schools and neighborhood rating. He provided helpful insights when viewing and bidding on a property. 10/10 would recommend as he didn’t disappear once we were under contract. He walked me through the process and let me know what to expect next and always had an alternate plan of action in case our primary plan went in another direction.

Talaal was awesome the entire time he worked with us, he was always there to answer any questions and provide guidance whenever we needed it. He was always professional, friendly, patient and overall made us feel comfortable as we embarked on our journey to purchase our first home. He truly made this process so much easier and helped us find our dream home. We are so grateful to you !!
