Nicole‘s expertise was evident as she guided us through the entire buying process, addressing all our nervous jitters along the way. Her care and attention made reviewing documents, and contracts far smoother and less daunting. Thanks to Nicole‘s professionalism and hard work we are now proud homeowners and are immensely grateful. I would recommend her to anyone in search of a real estate agent.

We are so thankful for Nicole's expertise and support in assisting us in the purchasing of my Mother in Laws home. Nicole from the beginning was very attentive to our needs and insured we found the perfect home for my mother in law to continue to live independently and closer to family. Relocating from Washington was a very hard decision for her and the house had to be the right fit for her to make such a large move. We saw several homes in the Cameron Park and Eldorado Hills area, and the house she decided on was recently removed from the market. Disappointed we continued to search with Nicole's help. To our surprise the house came back on the market and Nicole was quick to coordinate negotiations and were were able to purchase the right home for her. We are so thankful that our mother in law is able to age independently in her own home, close to her family to insure her independence for years to come. I cannot recommend her enough and so very thankful for her commitment to the process.

We had a very difficult move to make needing a quick sale and move in. She masterfully managed the very difficult negotiation for the sale of our home and the securing our new home in a timely manner. She is a consummate and knowledgeable professional.

Nicole and her team are absolutely amazing!!! Nicole made our first experience selling a house seamless, from start to finish. From the moment I contacted Nicole, she was highly responsive and incredibly thorough. Within the first 10 minutes of our first meeting, I knew she was very good at her job and that she was absolutely the right fit for the sale of our home. Her market analyses, industry experience, and knowledge of the surrounding areas/homes made me feel very confident in her sale strategies and listing price for our home. Nicole and her team coached me and connected me with the best people right away to prep the house in order to get top dollar. Somehow, Nicole found a way to make the experience of decluttering and preparing our home a pleasant one. She communicated with me during the entire process of getting the house ready and was incredibly responsive and supportive the entire time. Nicole helped me through personal hiccups, timeline changes, and many obstacles that presented themselves before officially listing our home. I was incredibly impressed with her and her team’s straightforward communication during the negotiation period and through the close of escrow, especially their attention to detail with DocuSigns and email communications. The level of detail and support she and her team provide is evident in her ability to close incredible deals for her clients. This was an incredibly personal and emotional situation for our family; and Nicole handled it with a level of grace, kindness, and unwavering support that I truly will never forget. She and her team got this done for us in a very efficient and effective way, and it's because they were on top of everything each step of the way. I will never forget this experience and the level of comfort I had knowing that I was in good hands. The level of care, expertise, and intentionality that Nicole and her team operate under is truly impressive.
