I can’t say enough great things about working with Nicole! She is knowledgeable, quick to respond, and always had the best attitude. Most impressive of all she was not fazed when big curveballs were thrown our way by this crazy market in the last month and helped me navigate through difficult situations well. Nicole is a unique agent in that, during real estate transactions there is always, and I mean always something that comes up where your chosen agent shows that they either truly understand and have many times experienced a challenge or not . Nicole responds to problems in her casual style of “another day at work” because she knows just what to do! We purchased a home site unseen with Nicole. We would never have the courage to do this had we not had 110% faith in our agent’s knowledge and evaluation of construction, price and concession negotiations expertise , and foreseeable pitfalls that could (and most did) happen on the way to closing. Energetic, fun, smart, the adjectives could go on for pages. Nicole is wonderful to work with and helped me through my first home sale. From advice on repairs/upgrades, to assisting in finding vendors to complete needed work, Nicole provided valuable insight in prioritizing.
