We recently worked with Nicole on the sale of our Show Low home, and we couldn't have had a better experience. From the moment we met Nicole, we found her to be professional, friendly, and caring. Nicole has a natural warmth about her that makes her easy to like. More importantly though, is Nicole's professional experience. My husband and I had seen Nicole's signs on homes in our neighborhood, so we knew she was well-acquainted with our area. Well-meaning friends had been telling us to sell our home for an amount we felt was too high, but in meeting with Nicole, we found out that the price we had in mind was also too low. After meeting with us, Nicole worked hard on our market analysis and came up with a list price that she thought was fair, and reflected the true value of our particular home. The time she spent on this impressed us, and in the end, she nailed it with the pricing, as the home sold for list price after the first showing. Nicole is well-respected and connected in the area, so she has excellent referrals for the minor improvements homeowners might complete prior to listing their house. Nicole and her transaction coordinator, Jaclyn, were always just a phone call, text, or email away from answering questions or providing clarity. Nicole kept in constant communication with us, while repeatedly thanking us for allowing her to represent us in this sale. When the offer came in on the house, Nicole was honest with us about what she felt was reasonable and what wasn't. It was evident that she really cared about us and wanted the sale to be fair, even with it being a full-price, cash offer. In the end, it was exactly that, for both parties involved. Nicole's job didn't end with a signed contract. She remained readily available to guide and support us through the move, and even forwarded a package on to us that was delivered after we left the area. More proof of her willingness to go above and beyond for her clients. So, if you want an agent who dedicates herself to the role and uses her vast amount of real estate experience to your benefit, then Nicole is the perfect choice. She is poised, warm, gracious, friendly, supportive, professional, and knowledgeable. She appreciates her clients and goes the extra mile for them, regardless of the hour. She told us that she felt honored and privileged to work with us to sell our home. We feel the same to have worked with her.

We were connected with Nicole through the Zillow app. She responded immediately and has been on the ball on every single issue, from sorting out properties that would interest us through negotiation of an offer. She and her team have been so helpful and informative, especially since we are not overly familiar yet with the area. In the past we have been disappointed with our experiences with realtors when selling or buying homes so we didn't expect much when we hired Nicole. But in Nicole we found a true realtor professional. She not only knew the local business well and thought of things we hadn't, but also was extremely responsive. If we called or texted her we got a response almost immediately every time. If we had a question and she didn't have an answer, she found out and got back to us. She also has a great network of local people to get things done when needed. Selling our home with her was the smoothest we ever experienced because she took the stress off of us. We would highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a real estate professional. Because she is just that: a professional. And very pleasant to work with also! Thank you Nicole!

In the past year we have worked with Nicole to buy a lot, sell a lot, and buy a home, all while we were three hours away in Phoenix. She has gone above and beyond with anything and everything, without hesitation. We've worked with three other realtors over the years in the area, and none can hold a candle to Nicole. Even when we were getting our ducks in a row to build a home, she helped us continue to look for houses that would be a great fit, just in case the right one came up. The day we were set to sign a build contract (with much hesitation due to escalating build costs), we found the perfect house, made an offer and had the easiest escrow ever. We could not be happier with our new cabin, and got so much more for our money than we would have building. Now instead of breaking ground this summer, we will be sitting on our patio, enjoying the views and mountain breeze. We simply cannot say enough good things about the incredible level of service that Nicole provides. I lost count of how many properties she went to in order to do video tours for us since we could not be in town quickly enough in this seller's market. She even handled our walk through for us by video chat. She just took care of anything and everything. We had no issues, no hiccups, not a single problem with any of our three transactions with her. She's great at communication, be it by phone, text or email. She has been on top of everything, every step of the way. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She's the one you want to work with.
