Dawn did an excellent job for us! She was very responsive and made the whole process very smooth. I would highly recommend her for your real estate needs. She was very patient with us finding the right new home. She was able to get both closings scheduled in the same day.

She was very deligant in searching for our house, she was willing to meet us whenever and wherever we needed her to. Nickie showed us 8 houses in 3 different cities, she was able to show us on short notice. She discovered the house that we bought and we absolutely love it! We could not be more happy with the house that we purchased. I would encourage anyone looking for a house to go through Nickie Butcher.

We had an amazing experience with Nickie selling our previous house and buying a new one! She made the process so smooth and answered all my questions. My husband and I were relocating to the Dublin/London/Marysville area from Convoy, Ohio. She met with us to discuss what exactly we wanted and needed in our next home.
