I had to fire my first agent because she did not produce any serious buyers for my property. Seems like she waited for prospective buyers to approach her. Could have sold it much sooner if Niles started out as my agent. Niles was very proactive and aggressive with finding a buyer. He obviously has good organizing and computer skills that made for an efficient selling process that minimized my involved time. I would want no one else involved in selling or purchasing any of my properties.

We were looking for a Condo on the Northshore as we have family there. Our biggest issue, we lived in New England. We tried looking for a Condo on our own for many months with no luck. Then we found Niles. Niles was a Godsend. He weeded through the options and guided us to our Condo. When we were in town, he took us to see multiple listings in a very short period of time and quickly learned what we were looking for. He is a true professional and took care of every detail. He worked with us regardless of our requests and continued to assist us after closing! In fact, due to health issues, we bought this Condo sight unseen, primarily because of our experience with and trust of Niles. Trust, honesty, and guidance through everything. Niles never laughed at our questions, always got us the answers & we couldn’t have gotten this deal without him!

Niles has a great network of associates that he leveraged on our behalf to smooth out the whole process. He also has a good knowledge of the area and found us the perfect home In a neighborhood we weren't expecting. He bargained for our behalf with the sellers to get appliances included in the sale, and to get money included in closing costs to cover repairs needed from the inspection report. He is very knowledgable and calmly answered all of our questions, never once making us feel ignorant or silly. He also has a great sense of humor and helped us through some of the more stressful moments with a smile.

Niles Bollinger sold and we closed on my house within 2 months of me listing it. The whole process went very smoothly and quickly. He's a great Realtor.. . I would recommend him to anyone to handle their Real Estate needs.
