OC is Outstanding!!! I have worked with many real estate agents around the country w my investment properties- OC is by far the best I have used! He communicates extremely well along the process; He prices things at the high end of the range and they always sell quickly; he constantly goes to the home to check on what needs to be done and ensure it looks in top shape to sell; he has a great team to get the sale through. Great negotiating skills as well! OC goes beyond what any other agent would do. Highly, Highly recommend OC to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home

I had a very good experience working with Mr. Murphy as he assisted with the selling of my home. His knowledge of the real estate market in Conyers Georgia, helped us in setting a very fair and competitive price for the home.
