Not much to say about the team at The Omar Andreasen Group other than professionalism at its best. My house was on the market for less days other houses within my development, and this was due to the beautiful photography of my home capturing perfect characteristics that drew buyers that was ready to buy and not just to kick the tires. Next up was one of the most passionate sells team who was able to work with me to ensure I was taking care of during my open house to the closing. There is no questionable doubt in my mind I chosen the right team to help me sell my home and will help me find my next one

Elenice was recommended to me by a friend and so we immediately started the search, I flew from NYC to Orlando a couple of times and each time we looked at several properties, when I couldn't fly to orlando, she would visit the property, record videos, take pictures and sent me. We finally found 2 properties of my dreams, sent proposals, and luckily the one I liked the most was accepted. We closed the entire purchase process in 45 days and 10 days ago I moved to Orlando and I'm already living in my beautiful and spacious apartment in Millenia. Elenice was fantastic, patient, friendly, she has extensive knowledge of the Orlando real estate market, she knows how the entire process works from end to end at every stage. We ended up becoming good friends, I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to fulfill their dream of owning a property in Florida.

Such an amazing experience working with Ally Beloat. She was super responsive and knowledgeable to all our questions and concerns. I am so incredibly grateful that Michelle Ausburn was my realtor. Michelle was wonderful, she waited and worked with my schedule, she got to know me, my family and our style of home, and then she helped me get a house from over 2,500+ miles away providing all services (i.e. sent listings, submitted offers, negotiated counter offers, toured the homes for me, helped me close, and even mailed me my keys). Everything timed perfectly between selling my Los Angeles home to buying and moving into my Kissimmee home. I'm no real-estate pro, but I do believe she knows a lot more than most and I have no hesitation in recommending her! She is passionate about helping people fill their dreams of a new home.
