Carol was PHENOMENAL! Carol walked us through every step of the homeownership process effortlessly. She provided recommendations for necessary services (house and septic inspections, attorney, etc.) and worked back channels to smooth out an unexpected miscommunication. She gave us updates and communicated new developments regularly. We LOVED that she was a local and graciously provided inside tips about the area, of which we had no knowledge. Carol was the consummate professional. Her years of experience shone through her expertise, connections, and recommendations. We have already recommended her to friends and would be beyond happy to work with Carol in the future.

This is the 3rd purchase we've worked with Carol on, and one for our extended family. Carol is great at getting answers, and is very responsive. She was always checking in and has followed up after the sale too. Highly recommend giving her a call/text if you are in the market to buy--she will get it done!!

Carol was a great support through a long drawn out process and provided guidance on tough decisions that I needed to make. This was a complicated situation and she was handling the details with the other realtor which kept me from having to worry about more than I needed to handle.

Carol Conger has very impressive negotiation skills. In this market you need a realtor like Carol to help you get the home of your dreams. She did that for us and we are very grateful. In addition she provided support the whole process right through closing. She connected us with other services which saved us a lot of time. We highly recommend Carol, you couldn't ask for a nicer realtor that cares about her buyers.

Carol gave us a tailored and efficient experience purchasing our first home. She was always available to talk to us with regards to any questions or concerns we were having, and always following up with more helpful information. Our house tours were frequent and well organized, with a constant momentum going so we felt attended to and supported throughout the process. Carol was very knowledgeable not only about the north Jersey area, but also very educated on home infrastructure, zoning, and septic/well as well as local ordinances, which was crucial as first time home buyers. If needed, she always connected us with the best resources. I cannot express our gratitude and we would love to work with Carol again with future home selling/buying.
