Otto Fonseca was absolutely very helpful with selling our old home and buying our new home. Very knowledgeable and up to date with all new processes with buying and selling homes. Also very open to all questions that we had not matter how big or small. He answered all our questions to the point where he explained to us so that we could understand. Which was a big help when making such a big decision. Answered calls and text promptly. Thru the whole process keep us informed and aware of every step. He went above and beyond to help. We are very thankful for him. Would gladly refer him to friends and family and others.

Otto is an exceptional agent, he is honest and accurate in reading the market, he is personable, execellent responsivness throughout our entire transaction. He went above and beyond for us as out of state sellers. He is professional and a man of his word. We were blessed to work with him. We will definitely remain friends after being clients, he was fun and just the right amount of aggressive in representing our home and negotiating with potential buyers. He is well respected in his field for good reason. He earned our trust and bussiness. I wish I had more transactions just to work with him again. Thank you so much Otto for representing us. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home Otto should be your first choice. From day one it was obvious that Otto would go above and beyond than just putting my house on the market and snapping a few pictures. His attention to detail and professionalism is what you want whether you’re buying or selling a home.
