They worked quickly to get me the best price on my home, and their knowledge helped me secure the sale on a new one in this tough market. I really can’t say enough kind words to Craig and Pam…. Thank you, thank you, thank you! They are the most professional, courteous, kind and dedicated team of real estate professionals I have ever worked with. I have bought and sold several properties and no one comes close to their level of expertise. I just closed on a new construction project where they represented me as the buyers agent. Being that I had never purchased new construction, I had many questions throughout the process. Craig and Pam always responded to my inquiries, within less than an hour or as fast as they received the information from the listing agent. I as well as my friends and family appreciate the fact that they are a one stop shop. Beyond representing you as a buyers or sellers agent, they can also set you up with the best financing options. They saved me thousands when I refinanced my primary mortgage a couple of years back by beating local lenders rates and having lower closing costs. At the same time I was refinancing, my brother was attempting to do the same through a nationally known online mortgage lender. Craig was able to get him a better rate with lower closings costs as well. I have referred several other friends that have shared the same experience. I am extremely impressed with Pam and Craig Kuper. Their professionalism was evident throughout the entire process. They did an excellent job researching and coming up with a listing price. Their knowledge led us to many offers almost immediately and an accepted offer within a few days of offering the house for sale. We were thrilled to sell the house for more than the asking price too. They helped us with everything from tips for getting the house ready for sale to what to do after the sale. They were very professional every step of the way.
