Pamela is the best! . Pamela did an amazing job helping me to sell a family home that had a ton of sentimental value. The property also had several title issues which I did not know about until we were going to sell. Pamela has all the contacts that a great realtor should have. She made a referrals to several people who turned out to be great, like the attorney I used, Andrew Klapper. Having a realtor that has good connections with people is so important, especially when you don’t live in the area or have a large network, as most people don’t. Overall, Pamela was able to get us $70,000 more than we had originally thought we could get. She was diligent, and completely on top of the entire process as I live out of state. She went above and beyond was available at all times to help and answer questions. She really is the best of the best, and I will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in the area who needs a realtor.

Pamela Zappulla is an outstanding professional realtor. From contract to sale was less then 2 weeks. She sold my home in 2 days, one open house and one day of private viewings. She was also able to get me $10,000 over my asking price. She knows how to work on all aspects of selling your home. She has done everything to make the process stress free and helps with any problems. Additionally, she will go the extra mile and always answers phone calls and texts immediately. She is a true professional. I highly recommend her.

Great Communication and Accessibility. We listed out parents' home with Pamela. She made the process easy and straightforward. She priced the house well, and due to her diligence and experience, it sold right away. She was always accessible - morning, noon and night. If we had any questions, she responded immediately. Any time a potential buyer came to the house for a showing, she texted when they arrived and left. We felt very comfortable every step of the way.
