Very upset about the experience my husband and I have had with this agent. Yesterday, my husband set up a viewing for a house on Old Princeton Road. He scheduled to view the house at 4:30 PM today since a big snow storm is coming later on in the week. We got to the house about 4:25 PM. 4:30 comes around and still no agent or word. We waited until 4:50 PM and never got so much as a text from this agent. I guess the house price wasn't worth her time and energy since it's a cash buy for about $20k, or maybe she just won't get a big cut from the sale and decided not to bother. However, it's very rude to waste a person's time like this without a word. I am understanding that things happen, but we haven't heard a word from her all evening. Yes, people forget appointments but it is 2021 and all of us have a tiny computer in our hands that contain calenders and reminders. I know that is the case for this agent because my husband texted her to schedule this whole viewing. I generally don't even bother to leave reviews, but I don't appreciate anyone who doesn't honor mine or my husband's time. If you want someone to sell your home, I don't recommend hiring this agent to do so. She probably won't even show up when some schedules to view your home.

Agent works hard to get the job done while being professional and knowledgeable. Agent is always willing to listen to suggestions. Agent well represents the buyer and seller.
